The location was perfect in a lovely quiet area, just next door to the public transport and Edinburgh center. Loved staying at the ensuite double room with shared bathroom.

The location of the property was perfect, in nice quiet neighborhood within half hour's walk of the center. The room was beautiful old with shower, reasonably priced. The staffs were extremely friendly & helpful: D

Overall had such wonderful stay by visit. Small room I stayed at was spotless and fancy with good view.

The room is exceptional and equipped with 3 windows and a high ceiling. The breakfast is particularly good, available with customisable ingredients, porridge, smoked salmon. The location is central. The staff is lovely, they ensure you have a great time here.

Ensuite double room on a tray in the bedroom was ready when we arrived. It was in the central location on the multiple bus lines.

Great way to end our trip. Fantastic hotel with bright rooms, particularly good views on the sunrise. Three windows and a high ceiling in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The stay here was great by visit. Amazing breakfast with smoked salmon, Stornoway black pudding plus rolls, and the staff was lovely. Liked every minute of being there, do recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was kept to a high standard of cleanliness and available with a very comfortable bed and which was also excellent plus a tray in the bedroom. We had a delicious breakfast with muesli and customisable ingredients and smoked salmon, could find something for everyone. The staff there were excellent and extremely friendly.

Had 4 days in Edinburgh, spending my time here lovely. I had local food for breakfast for my coffee. The location was perfect and top, near a bus stop. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from a historic fortress.

The rooms were fantastic and bright, included three windows and a high ceiling. Great and lovely location, a bus stop was very close to the hotel. Plus it was in a nice area.

This is the best place to visit, would recomand. The hotel is amazing and clean, the staff are excellent, location is excellent to the center of Edinburgh. The room is well-equipped and new-fashioned with shared bathroom.
